SHIPPING INFORMATION

Orders are dispatched using our courier services including DPD, DHL, ParcelForce, Evri and Royal Mail.

DELIVERY TIMES

Mainland UK: 1-3 working days

Non Mainland UK: 2-5 working days

Non Mainland UK postcodes include: BT, HS, IM, ZE, IV, KW

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING COST

The cost of delivery is calculated for you when items are added to the basket, they are calculated based on weight and dimension. For examples of delivery costs, please refer to the below:

Small parcel - £5

Medium Parcel - £10

Large Parcel - £15

X-Large Parcel - £25

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We currently do not offer international shipping through our online website. If you would like us to ship internationally please contact us at Contact@msrperformance.co.uk.

MY GOODS HAVE ARRIVED DAMAGED

 We always inspect the items before they leave our hands but unfortunately accidents do happen. Please sign for the goods as "damaged" if the packaging looks to be damaged in any way. If you don't have time to check the goods for damage or the driver cannot wait please sign for the goods as "unchecked" so we can submit a claim against the delivery company.

By signing for the delivery, the customer acknowledges that their order has been "received in good condition" from the delivery company, which means no claim can be made for damages in transit.

Please inspect the goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage within 24 working hours by sending us an email at Contact@msrperformance.co.uk.

Do not discard of packaging if goods have been received damaged, we require photos of the damaged packaging (including shipping label) and the damaged goods in order to make a claim.

If the goods have been damaged in transit or are faulty we will, of course, arrange a collection of the parts and arrange replacements as soon as possible. Please do not try to fit the damaged parts.
